Project Access –
Where Stockholm meets

Our vision

Our vision is to create an environment that connects. Inspired by Stockholm’s architectural heritage of city squares and streets designed for people, not cars, Project Access will embrace these qualities. We will unlock and open up the block, building new spaces for Stockholmers to meet, and reopening old forgotten routes.

Introducing Project Access

New Spaces

We want to put pedestrians first in Stockholm’s city centre, by transforming a block of separate buildings and connecting them with a series of new spaces, both in and outdoor. We’ll create a unified, sustainable neighbourhood, improving the perimeter streetscape with soft landscaping and planting over 20 varieties of indigenous plants and trees.

Life, 24/7

Project Access is not an office block. Neither is it another mall. It will be a neighbourhood full of life around the clock –a multi-use environment and a new vibrant space for Stockholmers to meet.

Buildings
of the Future

Our vision for the block is to repurpose, extend and create new buildings; providing office, retail and residential space. We’ll deliver sensitively designed architecture, so that underused spaces and buildings, including the existing Hästen 21, are brought back to their full economic use. And we’ll design these buildings to last, able to adapt to future needs.

What do you think?

We understand that an urban regeneration project can’t succeed in isolation. We want to do this in partnership with the people of Stockholm, because we know that collaboration is the key to long-term positive, social and economic change.
