Come here for work. Come here for leisure. Grab a bite to eat or simply relax and enjoy our new public square.

Project Access is not an office block. Neither is it another mall. It will be a neighbourhood full of life around the clock –a multi-use environment and a new vibrant space for Stockholmers to meet.

We want to combine retail with offices. Offices with restaurants. And restaurants with apartments. No matter what time it is, there will always be a reason for you to come here.

Bringing new life to the intersection between Regeringsgatan and Mäster Samuelsgatan.

We promise great shopping

By adding to Stockholm’s existing retail offering, we want to give you more choice – combining independent and established brands, local and international, big and small, traditional and innovative. And we want to introduce new global brands to Stockholm never seen here before.

In fact we have already started. Opening in 2015, Beta is an evolving pop-up shopping experience, hosting a range of exciting and innovative retailers.

The organic grocery store Paradiset was the first retailer to take space in Beta. The whole food concept recognised Beta as the ideal location for its first city centre venue, following the success of its flag-ship store in Södermalm.

More than just a grocery shop, Paradiset is a place for good conversation, education and lectures on food, health and sustainability.

We love Paradiset, and believe it is the perfect partner for Project Access, helping to create a place for Stockholmers to meet.

This summer Beta and Smålandstorget will be hosting a range of events
